Project Installation
This multi-faceted backyard project took a little more than one month to complete. Clearing of the area was first performed. After demo, only a Norfolk pine tree in the middle of the backyard remained along with some existing soil.
The ground was leveled and compacted. Framing of the deck was installed along with area for the hot tub, and side planters. As the deck was installed, the hot tub was assembled. After assembly, the hot tub was dropped into the alloted area to create a partially sunken effect.
The redwood fencing went up quickly, including the back pergola. And the McNear Slatestone paver patio was installed. The backyard was already significantly transformed!
The outdoor kitchen components were assembled next to the deck and were finished with a black basalt counter top.
A custom crafted triangular shaped redwood pergola was then installed over the hot tub. A custom outdoor shower was also added.
Finally, a fire pit, auto drip irrigation, lighting system, plants, and mulch were added to complete this landscape.
