When we met with the clients of this project, they expressed that they had two levels that were unusable due to not being level and having unsafe access between the two levels. What we came up with was expanding the lower main level by excavating tons of earth, erecting retaining walls to contain it and installed decking. This main area leads to steps where you can access an upper quartzite patio, also put in by us. We also installed some built-in benches, plantings, lighting and irrigation systems.
