Project 6: 309 Warren Drive Client wanted to renovate their yard which backs onto parkland near UCSF. We replaced the harsh straight angles of the brick pavers with the more natural contours of silver quartzite flagstone. A gold fish pond and stone planter bookend a hot tub which we installed with plumbing. Lighting and irrigation completed this simple design. A new second-story deck looks down on the dramatic results.               The project involved completely gutting the yard.
