Project 12: 130 Berkeley Way
This property was backed up against a hillside, as is common in San Francisco. The client complained about water intrusion into the house caused by hillside run-off. We designed a multi-terrace retaining wall system using Versi-Loc, Mosaic Cobbles. A French drainage system was installed behind each wall to collect run-off and channeled into the municipal sewage system.
